Dr. Tina Schlingmann is the Market Engagement Officer EMEA at EOS, where she leads customer and market engagement strategies and drives key initiatives to advance technology adoption across major industries. With a strong background in sales from her previous role as Regional Director EMEA, Tina represents EOS as a keynote speaker at international conferences, fostering business growth and innovation throughout the region. A materials scientist by training, Tina holds a PhD and brings extensive experience from her prior positions in research and development at Otto Fuchs and Deutsche Bahn. In these roles, she explored material properties for aerospace applications and the use of AM for spare parts production in rail. Tina joined EOS in 2021, combining her technical expertise and strategic insight to strengthen the company’s engagement with customers and partners across EMEA. In addition to her work at EOS, Tina contributes to shaping the future of additive manufacturing through her role on several advisory bodies, including the Supervisory Board of Fraunhofer IAPT, the Advisory Board of BAM, and the Advisory Board of “Verband 3DDruck.”
