Transport to MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO:

🚗 A22 Modena–Brennero

If arriving from the south (e.g. Verona, Modena) – take the Trento Nord exit → follow SS45bis towards Sarche → continue on SS237 to Tione → then SS239 to Madonna di Campiglio

If arriving from the north (e.g. Brenner, Bolzano)  take the San Michele all’Adige / Mezzocorona exit → follow SS43/SS42 towards Cles → continue to Dimaro → then SS239 to MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO

🚗 From A4 Milan – Venice: exit Brescia Est → SS237 del Caffaro → Tione → SS239 to Campiglio


🚗 From Bolzano: exit San Michele all’Adige (A22) → SS43/SS42 → Cles → Dimaro → SS239 to Campiglio

Roads are open all year round; winter tires or snow chains are mandatory from 15 November to 15 April.

The closest airports are:

✈️  Verona Villafranca (VRN)  approx. 2h15 by car

✈️  Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY)   approx. 2h20 by car

✈️  Milan Linate / Malpensa  approx. 2h50–3h20 by car

✈️  Bolzano (BZO)    approx. 1h30 by car

From the airports, you can continue easily with rental cars, private transfers, or pre-booked shuttle services.

The main railway stations are:

🚆 Trento (High-Speed Frecciarossa and Italo) – 1h30 by car

🚆 Mezzocorona / Dimaro on the Trento–Malé railway – 40 minutes by car from Madonna di Campiglio

🚆 Brescia (Frecciarossa) – approx. 2h by car

From Trento, you can take the local Trento–Malé railway to Dimaro or Mezzana, then continue by regional bus to Madonna di Campiglio.

Transport to Ski AREA Grostè/ Fortini – local transportation 

🎿 Getting to Grosté with skis on from the village

For those who have already picked up their ski pass on Wednesday evening, a fantastic option is to move around the ski area directly with your skis on the next morning.

Madonna di Campiglio is a fully interconnected ski resort — you don’t need to use the car at all!

👉 Option 1 – 5 Laghi gondola

From Piazza Brenta Alta, take the 5 Laghi gondola. From the top, ski down the connecting slopes towards the Fortini area, where the Grosté gondola departs.

⏱ Approx. time: 20–25 minutes total (lift + ski connection).

👉 Option 2 – Pradalago gondola

Alternatively, you can take the Pradalago gondola, also easily reachable from the village center.
From the top station, follow the ski connections towards Fortini / Grosté — fully ski-in access.

⏱ Approx. time: around 25 minutes in total

👉 Option 3 – Chalet Spinale

From Madonna di Campiglio, take the Spinale cable car to the top station (altitude approx. 2,100 m).
From there, head towards Passo del Grostè / Rifugio Stoppani.

⏱ Approx. time: around 15 minutes in total

About 5 minutes from the village center to the Grosté parking area (Fortini).
During peak hours (8:30–9:00), allow up to 10 minutes.

A free and frequent ski bus service connects the main stops in the village to the Fortini – Grosté area.

⏱ Travel time: approx. 7–10 minutes, depending on your departure stop.
